For those who don't like to compromise on their vacation,
this big beach house has three bedrooms, the master with a king size bed, and 2
other bedrooms (1 upstairs & 1 downstairs) that can be turned sofa and long-termers
have an office, Caribbean style.
The terrace extends across the entire front of the house, because you'll want to see and feel the the ocean and its fresh air. Also, the house was designed so everyone has space to read, play and listen to music, play and lounge without infringement. You can even crank down some transparent protective shutters when the breeze gets too breezy.
It is an ideal place to enjoy a long term stay or a week in a spectacular setting. Since you are connected to the world through the high speed internet, you can bring your computer and work while living in a natural paradise! Discounts negotiable for longer periods (min 2 months).

Beach Bungalow
The beach bungalow is the smaller of the two houses, with a bedroom with
double bed and ceiling fan, and a living room with ceiling fan, two
individual beds as well as a full kitchen.
In Central America you want to be and feel safe, so you have decorative security bars on the windows, a safe and even a hidden trapdoor bunker for your laptop and any luggage you can't take chances with.
Experience teaches that you will spend most of your time on the terrace, lounging in chairs or the hammock, which is why most of the house is open, but surrounded by a natural raised barrier of plants whose aroma and colors are right inside with you!
