Rates & Cancellation Policy

Our rates are depending on the season you wish to rent the Magic Moon Beach House. Also read our reservation- and cancellation policy below. 

The rates include the 13% Costa Rican tourist tax already!

House and apartment accomodate up to 7 persons.

Low season (may, june, september -november
1-2 persons: $135 per night

additional person: $20 per night

High season (january-april, july, august, december)
1-2 persons: $169 per night

additional person: $20 per night

Peak season (christmas/new year week, easter week  

1-2 persons: $203 per night

additional person: $25 per night

Our reservation policy:
  • We ask for a 50% deposit to confirm a reservation.The deposit can be payed over secure paypal. Nationals or residents can pay the deposit by national bank tranfer to our account. Please let us now, so we can provide the bank information.
  • Balance is payable in cash upon arrival.
  • Please note: We cannot accept credit cards, debit cards or cheques for the balance due!
Our cancellation policy:
  • Cancellation with more than 60 days of notice: 100% refund (-paypal payment fees plus $50 cancellation fee)
  • Cancellation with more than 21 days of notice: 50% refund (-paypal payment fees plus $50 cancellation fee)
  • Cancellation with less than 21 days of notice: no refund
  • No shows or early departure: no refund
Check-in – check-out

Check-in time is anytime between 2:00 PM and 7.00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. 

For late check-in (7pm or later), please notify us ahead of time. Please note that late check-ins (scheduled or not scheduled) will incur a 30$ extra fee. 

Late check-outs can be arranged upon request and whenever possible.
